Procedure
1- Download firmware from here
https://easy-firmware.com/index.php?a=downloads&b=folder&id=43709
2- Open device back cover and connect test points ( EDL mode)
3- Navigate to Huawei /Unbrick Section
4- Choose Unbrick device EDL
5- Choose DUB-Lx1 as model
6- Load Firmware from XML/APP
7- Untick modem partitions as shown in picture ( important not to lose imei )
8-Connect device ( in some times you have to disconnect battery)
9- Hit start
10-Done
